The Recipe ReDux

“Because every healthy recipe deserves to be delicious.”

In May 2011, along with Regan Jones of The Professional Palate, we co-founded The Recipe ReDux – the first and only healthy recipe blog challenge created by registered dietitians. We now have over 85 food loving bloggers from around the world participating. We focus on making healthy and delicious one in the same. On the 21st of each month, members post their recipe based on a seasonal topic. If you are interested in joining us or just want to browse some yummy and nutritious recipes, check out The Recipe ReDux (sponsorship opportunities also available.)
